A vital part of any business is actively managing customer relationships and offering customer success initiatives that strengthen proven long-term value for both the customer and the company. Schoolbox believes in open knowledge sharing and facilitating relationships between Schools for collaborative growth. As we start a fresh new 2017, we draw particular attention to our customer success initiatives that we delivered in 2016 on these values.
Our intimate User Group Forums.
Our recent New Zealand User Group Forum, held at Saint Kentigern College in Auckland, saw a series of inspirational presentations from special guest speakers about using innovative technology in the classroom.
Attendees from prominent New Zealand schools such King’s College and Diocesan School for Girls, connected with other passionate educators to view showcases of Schoolbox best practice and future direction. For our progressive schools, this meant the opportunity to directly engage with members of our expert team and Schoolbox co-founder and technical director James Leckie on transitioning to digitising rubrics and continuous reporting. Watch the initial ‘Digitising Rubrics: Setting the foundation for better assessments and learning outcomes’ webinar.
Our annual user Meetup event.
Over two days, the dedicated team at Schoolbox delivered a diverse set of sessions to 300+ passionate Schoolbox users that touched on many important aspects of our customers’ journey and focused on ‘the individual’. We conducted an interactive workshop to gain valuable insights to guide our future product direction. These sessions enabled important industry specific conversations while continuing the tradition of sharing our company update, future direction and details of the upcoming major release v16.5. Watch the sessions here.
Our vibrant user community – Help
Schoolbox Help Centre is not just for accessing guides or documentation and resources; it is our one-stop-shop for learning and maximising a School’s use and investment – built using Schoolbox, teaching and learning software for schools. The Help Centre has over 10,000 active contributors and learners connecting with and assisting each other. Help also houses inspiration and examples of best practice, the latest product release information, events or even jobs. Our self-paced Teacher Course is also conducted within Schoolbox Help, so our clients learn the platform, using the platform.
