As a trusted partner in K-12 education, we are committed to using AI in ways that support, empower, and respect the educational community. Our AI integration will focus on enhancing teachers’ workflows, saving time, and reinforcing—not replacing—the authentic, professional voice of educators.

We pledge to uphold the highest standards of ethical and responsible AI use by:

• Transparency and Communication: We will maintain open communication about how AI features function and any updates, so users can make informed decisions regarding their use.
• Privacy and Data Security: Protecting student privacy is paramount, and we will strictly exclude personally identifiable information (PII) from AI processing. Additionally, customer data will only be used to develop AI solutions with explicit, informed consent.
• Selective and Fair Use: We will focus on AI use cases that enhance learning experiences, avoid potential biases—especially in areas like judgments or insights—and refrain from using AI for any purpose that could compromise fairness or equality.
• Opt-in Approach: All AI applications will be fully opt-in, with the option for schools to bring their own model engines, ensuring that schools have control over the tools they use.
• Continuous Review and Adaptation: To stay aligned with evolving standards and best practices, we will regularly review and adapt our AI applications based on feedback from our users, emerging ethical guidelines, and regulatory changes.
