As of version 14, Schoolbox will no longer be supporting users running IE8 as their browser. If you wish to continue to use Schoolbox with Windows XP you must do so with an alternative browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
This should be of no surprise to anyone that tracks these things. Many companies over the last year have been retiring support for IE8 as it adds considerable overhead and complexity to our development. Further to this it actually impedes our ability to use cutting edge features that make web applications amazing. We now join the growing list of companies that no longer support IE8 like Google, Twitter and Facebook.
As Microsoft no longer officially supports IE8 and Microsoft Windows XP support will be retired in April 2014 we do encourage all of our clients still using this environment to start planning your migration or alternative plan as soon as possible.
