After an extensive review process, Schoolbox has been chosen as both the learning management system (LMS) and community portal solutions for Education in Motion (EiM) – a global leader in innovative education.
By implementing Schoolbox as one part of a wider programme of digital transformation, EiM continues to build on their pioneering spirit and student-first approach to education, while reaffirming Schoolbox as a world-class education technology solution.
EiM’s Group Head of Data and Information Services Mark Haskins said about the selection:
“Based on internal feedback, we wanted to improve the digital experience for our students, parents and staff by taking control of the number of platforms users have to engage with, or at least reducing the burden of navigating and authenticating multiple systems.”

It should support the wide range of pedagogical requirements that our schools have, including enhancing student agency, recursive feedback, and other Digital Affordances.”

EiM will strategically stagger the roll out and adoption over a number of stages, starting with the Schoolbox Community platform. This will bring immediate improvements to the parent experience by giving parents control of the news and communication they receive, and the ability to access all relevant information about their children through a single interface. Once bedded down, schools will then progress to the full suite under the Schoolbox Learning product.
