- Efficient and secure management of student wellbeing information
- Increased confidence, with wellbeing information handled with care
- Building trust + engagement amongst parents and teachers
Schools today are required to collect and record wellbeing information for each and every one of their students. So, when considering a school with over 2,000 students – such as Sydney’s Scots College – it is easy to see how, without an efficient system in place, managing such huge amounts of data could easily become overwhelming.
To address this challenge, Scots was in search of an efficient method of collecting data and record keeping, as well as an easy and reliable way of accessing + managing student wellbeing information.
In this video Scots College’s Head of Students James Bowles, talks to us about the overwhelming amount of data being collected prior to using Schoolbox, compared with the positive impact the use of Schoolbox has had, in terms of pastoral care management at Scots.
“Schoolbox has helped us bring together a cohesive plan for
student wellbeing.” – James Bowles, Head of Students, The Scots College
As well as delivering an efficient and integrated system for wellbeing data management, the Schoolbox pastoral care module has helped Scots College build trust and engagement with the wider school community.
In this video we take a look at how Schoolbox supported Scots to:
- Provide the best possible care for students
- Build confidence amongst parents, with reassurance their children are well looked after
